She is a builder of structures, communities, and possibility, with a career that spans finance, real estate, economic development, education, and the skilled trades. Today, she leads her construction company with a blend of operational excellence, financial insight, and deeply human leadership. Her work is grounded in the belief that building is more than a technical process. It is an act of stewardship, service, and transformation.
Before entering construction, Elizabeth built a distinguished career in finance, where she served in community relations and became the only woman in the Oregon and Southwest Washington market appointed to the Market Leadership Team. She led statewide volunteer engagement for more than 4,000 employees, strengthening partnerships that supported families, nonprofits, and underserved communities. Her dedication to service earned her national recognition, including the President’s Volunteer Service Award, presented by President Barack Obama.
Elizabeth is also a committed advocate for affordable housing. Since 2010, she has worked alongside nonprofits, public agencies, and community partners to expand access to stable and dignified housing. She has served on multiple boards and committees championing housing equity at both local and national levels, guided by the belief that housing is foundational — a cornerstone of stability, opportunity, and generational resilience.
As a speaker, educator, and workshop facilitator, Elizabeth teaches audiences ranging from junior high students exploring their first career pathways to professionals in construction and real estate seeking to strengthen leadership, communication, and operational excellence. Her teaching is grounded, relatable, and shaped by lived experience, blending technical knowledge with cultural awareness and a commitment to empowering the next generation.
